RJB Electrical Engineering Pty Limited’s ethics policy has been designed to establish a culture of transparency, openness, trust and integrity in business practices.

We pride ourselves on our professional and experienced approach to business services. We at RJB Electrical are committed to protecting employees, partners, suppliers and ourselves from illegal or damaging actions by individuals, either knowingly or unknowingly.  We believe a proactive response and the use of correct judgment, sets us apart from our competitors.

Our Management maintains an open door policy, encouraging the discussion of suggestions and concerns from employees.  This allows employees to feel comfortable discussing any issues and enabling management to be aware of any and all concerns within its work force.  All employees must disclose any conflict of interest with regard to their position, and all subsequent concerns, to ensure complete transparency and ethical practice at all times.
